I. In processing the registration, the archival consultants should present the formal letter of recommendation from their affiliated institution and personal legal documents (identity card, military identity card, employee’s card, passport, etc.)
II. The personal belongings should be stored in the locker provided by the Archives. Suitcase, handbag, book, notebook, folder, paper and laptop, and cell phone are prohibited to take into the reading room. The articles of beverage, drinking cup and rain gear owned by the archival consultants should be stored in the designated places.
III. After entering the reading room, the archival consultants should sit and consult the file in the chair designated by the staff member.
IV. The major carrier forms provided to the archival consultants in the current period by the Archives are microfilm, electronic texts and partial publications of the archives in special topics.
V. In consulting the files, the consultants please keep quiet in the reading room.
VI. In consulting the files, the consultants please cherish the facilities in the reading room and duplicates of the archival data.
VII. In extracting the archival data, the consultants must use the special paper provided by the Archives.
VIII. In leaving the reading room, the archival consultants should present their extract paper to the staff member for check and approval.
IX. The archival data extracted and copied by the archival consultants are only used for research, references or quotation in their writings and must not be promulgated, transferred or published by the whole text in any form without permission.
